Suggested Use:
As directed, please note that the normal dosage suggests 2/day; however, if you feel like you need additional support you may go to 8/day.
Other Ingredients:
Dicalcium phosphate, stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, pharmaceutical glaze coating
Precautions: (Due to individual ingredients):
- Work with your health care professional and monitor your blood sugar level and adjust your medication accordingly.
- If you have liver disease, do not exceed 250 mg of Niacinamide/day.
- If pregnant or nursing do not exceed 100 mg of niacin a day, no single dosage should exceed 30 mg of Niacinamide.
- Due to zinc content do not take 2 hours before/after taking tetracycline or ciprofloxacin or carbazepine (Tegretol).
- Even though the magnesium count is low, it is advised that if you have severe heart disease, kidney disorder, or are on hemodialysis you should consult your health care professional.
